Submission information

Submitted papers must be original work with no substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or conference with proceedings. Submissions could be either a short position paper or a full research paper and should include in the first page names and contact information of the authors.

ALL submissions (initial and final) must be made on-line from this web site.

A Paper Submission form must be completed for each paper and the author(s) will receive an ID for each submitted paper. This ID can be used to edit the submission, to re-upload a paper or to view a submitted paper.

Multiple papers cannot be submitted simultaneously through a single submission form.

E-mail submissions will NOT be accepted.

The paper proposal should consist of an extended abstract of minimum 2 pages formatted based on the IEEE Conference Proceedings template available here.
